The packaging line on show at the 171 square meter stand of the Marchesini Group (hall 1 – booth No I013) is a highly-innovative, fully automated line able to handle up over 300 prefilled syringes in a minute. The line is composed by the thermoformer FBZ 320 and the continuous motion cartoner BA 400 Argento and is specifically designed for the syringe packaging market, in which the Marchesini Group is a worldwide leader.
FBZ 320 is a mechanical intermittent motion fully automatic packaging machine that thermoforms trays for vials, ampoules, syringes and similar products out of thermoformable films such as PVC and PET. The quality of the finishes, the extreme sturdiness and the tool-less size change-over make this machine highly reliable, flexible and user-friendly. The model exhibited at CHINA-PHARM, completely tailor-made for a Chinese customer, is a ZERO-WASTE version with high-speed die-cutter, a feature that increases speed and performance and reduces rejects.
FBZ 320 is showed with BA 400 Argento, the high speed horizontal continuous motion cartoner that can handle up to 360 cartons in a minute. It combines the advantages of reduced overall dimensions with greater sturdiness and improved reliability. This cartoner, also thanks to its balcony layout, has a completely enclosed structure with safety devices on all the opening parts to ensure overall protection and compliance with all the current safety regulations.
Beyond the European market, the Chinese one is the main end market for the Group’s export thanks to its interest in complete syringe lines, also at high speeds, to which the Marchesini Group offers robotized fed, reliable and flexible solutions for every type of need, from the high customized lines to the standard ones.
The presence of the Group in China is supported locally by the Marchesini Group Shanghai, which guarantees to its customers a widespread and accurate assistance: a work team that, besides the sales staff, includes also engineers trained in Italy for the after sales, spare parts import and management, in constant and direct contact with the head office.
