Ralph has a strong sales and marketing background with over 30 years of experience in various areas of the packaging machinery industry, including engineering, manufacturing and general management. His work experience includes such industry leading packaging machinery companies as Thiele Engineering Co., SWF Companies, BluePrint Automation and Schneider Packaging. He is also experienced in developing strategic plans and establishing domestic and international distribution networks. Ralph has Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Physics from DePaul University, Chicago.
