This edition of Interpack, in which Marchesini Group has participated since 1981, will be an opportunity to showcase the packaging solutions that have made the company’s recent history, in addition to new machines born from the most advanced technologies Made in Italy.

At its stand (Hall 8A/Stand F05-G03), Marchesini Group will show five lines - two blister lines, a sterile line, a line for syringe packaging and a line for Track and Trace, the technology for pharma anti-counterfeiting for which Marchesini Group is a cutting edge player - alongside six single machines: two cartoners, a labeller for vials, a tube filling machine with the Robovision feeder and two liquid fillers. In all, eleven packaging solutions that provide the maximum flexibility, efficiency and reliability.

Liquid and aseptic segment
Marchesini Group will show for the first time the sterile line Stery Capsy - designed to guarantee perfect and safe accessibility to all critical areas using gloves, easier management of spare parts and maintenance and optimized for the installation of RABS containment systems, isolators or protection hoods - and the new Filling and capping monobloc ML618, equipped with 18 filling heads and two capping turrets to handle syrup vials. These two solutions will be flanked alongside the FSP05, a machine for filling and stoppering disposable syringes conceived to fulfill the highest quality requirements of the pharmaceutical industry, and the new Unica, a robotized line for syringe packing that integrates in a single block the deep draw thermoforming and the carton packaging.

Solid in blisters
On the podium of the most innovative packaging solutions that will be shown in sneak peak at Interpack there is the robotized blister packaging line Integra 320, a concentrate of innovation of the best Made in Italy technology, with new control systems of the pitch, the new pick up and opening system that allows to produce 320 blisters and up to 260 cartons per minute. Together with Integra 320 will be on show the blister robotized line MB460 - one of the company’s highest speed blister line - equipped with Robocombi, the three axes robot patented by Marchesini that revolutionized the pharmaceutical market in the last ten years, and the continuous motion horizontal cartoner MA352, suitable for high speed carton packaging of any products.

Serialization
The show selected solutions are the Track and Trace line composed of BLA420 VTETT, a labelling machine, and the MC820, an automatic horizontal Casepacker innovative and versatile thanks to the use of robotized solutions which significantly enhance performance in terms of speed and flexibility. These and all the other Track and Trace lines by Marchesini can be arranged according to the project and to the customer’s needs, as well as the current legislation, to guarantee maximum customization for the solutions equipped with track and trace systems.

Cosmetics
For the cosmetic segment, the second slice of market after the pharmaceutical packaging for Marchesini Group, four stand-alone machines will be on show: the new Mill 120-2 equipped with a Robovision and an ultrasound sealing unit to handle ATEX products; the RE202 labeller for round containers like perfume bottles, the Continous motion horizontal cartoner MA155 and the Intermittent Motion Cartoning machine MA80.
