Mr. Skwarek has served in multiple leadership positions in package development, including posts at L’Oreal USA, Combe, Avon Products, Colgate-Palmolive and Schering Plough Healthcare Products.

Most recently, Mr. Skwarek worked at Merck & Co. Inc, as Associate Director, Global Animal Health Package and Device Development, where he was responsible for directing development scientists, engineers and consultants to develop new packaging platform technologies.

Gary holds a bachelor’s degree in packaging science from Rochester Institute of Technology.

Aclar films are based on poly-chloro-tri-fluoro-ethylene (PCTFE) fluoropolymer technology and have excellent moisture barrier and chemical stability properties. For more than 40 years, Honeywell and Aclar have been the trusted choice for pharmaceutical packaging. Today, Aclar thermoformable films are used in a broad range of markets including originator pharma, generic pharma, over-the-counter (OTC), and animal health packaging.
