The updated site includes extensive information on the latest processing and packaging equipment available to meet customer needs. Technical data and downloadable brochures work together to provide a detailed overview of the company’s capabilities across a range of industries including pharmaceutical, food, cosmetic, and chemical.
With the addition of in-stock inventory listings of Key International’s name brand processing equipment and preferred supplier’s equipment, it gives customers the ability to request a quote on any of our machines, parts and supplies, and even obtain a quote for technical service. The next phase of website development will include real-time quoting and ordering of select machines and parts.
User-friendliness was “key” in the creation of the new site. The new website design allows users to easily find what they are looking for with one-click from the homepage, an updated site search, and improved site navigation. Contacting the company has never been easier, providing options to call, email, request a quote, schedule a service call, or to obtain replacement parts quotes with the click of a button.
