PACCESS is a provider of customized business solutions for packaging, materials sourcing, and supply chain operations throughout the world.

"With recent new business wins, we'll nearly double the size of our materials sourcing business," said Charlie Hornecker, CEO of OIA Global. "We're going to staff accordingly and will be increasing our overall work force by more than 10% throughout our worldwide network in the next 30 days," he added.

OIA's recent customer growth and assumption of PACCESS's Material Sourcing Division reinforces the company's organic growth strategy and commitment to support a major expansion of OIA's material sourcing capability. Specifically, this will allow the company to rapidly expand its sourcing division and enhance its industry leading management practices and processes.   As a result, OIA clients will realize better sourcing control, cost transparency, increased speed to market, and the ability to offer their customers quality materials while significantly reducing their overall costs.

"The transfer of the materials sourcing component of our business to OIA Global will provide the additional quality resources and network necessary to build off the strong foundation PACCESS has developed in this business segment over the past 15 years in Portland and Asia.  The transfer offers great benefit to our customers and to our former employees, as PACCESS now redirects its focus with our European partner, within our engineered packaging solutions affiliate," said John Davidson, President and CEO of PACCESS.

"We will continue to look for these types of organic growth opportunities in the future," said Hornecker, "provided they are strategic to our business and drive significant value to our customers."
