Balluff expands its industrial RFID product portfolio

Balluff GmbH has signed an agreement with a long-term partner to acquire their current industrial RFID business.

The acquisition will broaden Balluff's already vast offering of industrial RFID tags, readers, antennas and handhelds. This acquisition will further strengthen Balluff's position in the Industrial RFID market with additional technologies and products. According to Michael Unger, Managing Director and Spokesperson of Balluff GmbH, “This acquisition brings new technologies for high temperature applications and opens up new markets in the automation and logistics industry, as well as the semiconductor industry.”
