Brady Corporation announces divestiture of its global Teklynx software business

Teklynx, a barcode labeling software company with annual revenues of approximately $10 million, is headquartered in Auch, France. Its primary products include Codesoft, Sentinel, Labelview and Labelmatrix software. Details of the transaction were not disclosed.

“The divestiture of Teklynx is in keeping with our long-term growth strategy to focus our energies and resources on growing our core business,” said Brady President and Chief Executive Officer, Frank M.
