Rinteco is responsible for developing sales and providing customer service for select Norwood equipment, bringing Norwood's thermal transfer printers and consumables to customers in the food, beverage, pharmaceutical, medical device, cosmetic/personal care and other industries.

“Rinteco is a new company, but each of the principals is an accomplished industry veteran that has worked with Norwood in the past,” said Bill Delmolino, Director of Sales & Marketing at Norwood. “Based on their experience with our products, their technical knowledge and their strong relationships in the industry, they are delivering excellent value to our customers and are a great addition to our sales network.”

Based in Quito, Ecuador, Rinteco was founded in January 2010 by four principals - Pedro Contero, Guido Cheza, Luis Román and Kleber Campaña - each with many years of experience selling and supporting industrial coding and marking equipment. In addition to their sales team, Rinteco employs five full-time service technicians to provide superior support - before, during and after installation.

“Norwood is known for its innovative products and quality engineering. Their high performance thermal transfer coding and marking equipment is very reliable and yet cost effective too,” noted Guido Cheza, Commercial Manager at Rinteco. “We have a fantastic market opportunity with Norwood because customers in Ecuador are looking for world-class technology that is affordable.”
