• Rx-Fill machine counts product in manual, semi-automatic, or automatic modes and may be table-mounted, where containers are placed under the fill nozzle or mounted to a conveyor for automatic operation

• fills at speeds to 25 bottles/min for 100-product count, with Rx-TwinFill and Rx-QuadFill configurations offering two and four counters respectively, operating in unison

• product is poured into a hopper that regulates the flow of product onto a two-track vibratory tray that separates and feeds product into a count unit that uses infrared technology as product passes through into a container below
