BellatRx’s Rx-Desiccant Plus is an automatic inline desiccant inserting machine that inserts both precut pouches and canister desiccants into containers at speeds up to 140 cpm. With a small footprint, the Rx-Desiccant Plus mounts easily to any conveyor as a fully automatic desiccant inserter.
Loose desiccants are poured into a hopper that regulates the flow of the desiccants onto a vibratory tray. The vibratory tray separates and feeds the desiccants into the count unit. Using infrared technology, the count unit counts the desiccants that are passing through and funneled into the product container. The container indexing system is easily adjusted in minutes from one container size to the next.

Allen Bradley PLC and front-mounted color touchscreen are standard features on the Rx-Desiccant Plus. Desiccant and container parameters are greatly simplified enabling operators to set up and run the machine with minimal effort. Rx-Desiccant Plus is supplied with desiccant and container recipes saved in its memory to allow rapid setup for repeat production runs.
