Will Ford has joined the Formulated Solutions team as Vice President of Operations.
Will is a passionate and innovative leader in the Consumer Healthcare and CPG industries with 25 years of experience in Operations, world-class continuous improvement programs, Safety, and manufacturing site management. As Vice President of Operations, Will’s core focus is optimizing the performance of the Formulated Solutions Compounding and Filling Value Streams.
Prior to joining Formulated Solutions, Will served as Director of Operations for Beiersdorf, Bayer, and Merck in Cleveland, Tennessee, all of which produced a diverse portfolio of OTC brands including bag-on-valve, aerosol, liquid/semi-solid, solid dose, powder filling, and medical device dosage forms. Prior to his roles within the CPG/OTC industry, Will held leadership positions in operations and quality with Sonoco Products Consumer Packaging Division.
Will holds a Bachelor of Science in Operations Management from Auburn University, an MBA from Troy State University of Montgomery, Black Belt Certification from Merck, and is currently pursuing a Project Management Certification from Wake Forest University.
