A recent Prince William Times article contained good news for the 837,000 Virginians affected by diabetes. A new law that was passed back in the spring of 2020 took effect on the first of the year that caps monthly insulin co-payments at $50 a month. Virginia is now one of nine states that has passed legislation capping insulin prices. The other states are Colorado, Illinois, Maine, New Mexico, New York, Utah, Washington, and West Virginia..
