We’ve heard of pharmaceutical companies incorporating fine art in their packaging design, but one artist from down under is taking it to a new level. Ben Frost is an Australian artist who combines mainstream iconography with original artwork to create commentary on world issues. His newest target is the pharmaceutical industry, specifically manufacturers of opioids.

Frost painted on packs of Codeine, Antenex, Oxycodone, Endone and other prescription medications used to treat pain and anxiety disorders in work to be exhibited at his solo show at Miami’s SCOPE in December. More of his work with packaging can be seen here.
