PMI Cartoning’s HS family of horizontal cartoners can reach speeds up to 350 cartons/min, depending on the application, and is available in continuous or intermittent motion. Its versatility allows the HS to handle a variety of products, including pharmaceuticals. Product control during carton loading is achieved via overhead compression and articulating in-feed buckets with integral pusher heads.
The HS adheres to Category 3 Safety compliance and is available in wash-down configuration with welded stainless-steel base frame. Other system features include enclosed gear drives, gentle product transfer from filling machine to cartoner, servo-driven rotary carton setup, articulated product buckets, Nordson hot melt glue system, and controls from Rockwell Automation.
