The solution provides easy-to-use serialization functionality for managing both serialized and non-serialized product simultaneously; aggregating and de-aggregating product across all packaging levels; and the commissioning and decommissioning of serialized data as needed and in real time.
Serialization in a Box includes two software modules: Site Management and Line Management. Acsis Site Management provides a flexible serialization architecture with robust functionality, regardless of the ERP, serialization repository, vision technologies and packaging automation deployed across the manufacturer’s operation.
The Acsis Line Management solution provides oversight and management of an individual packaging line. When there are multiple packaging lines within one facility, Acsis Line Management integrates with the Site Management solution in order to provide bi-directional transfer of information between the site and the line level.
