Powder and pellets dosing units are "no capsule-no dosage" type: if the capsule to be filled is missing, the dose is neither drawn nor released. Capsule handling and product dosing area is completely separated from the technical zone. Machine can be integrated with automatic loading systems for capsules and products, as well as systems to sort, clean, and distribute filled capsules at the outfeed. A "containment" version MultiFLEXA 250 is available, as well as a wash-in-place cleaning system.
