At PACK EXPO Las Vegas, Esko will demonstrate how its digital solutions digitize, connect, and accelerate processes to simplify and speed up the go-to-market process of pharmaceutical goods.
The company also will spotlight Esko solutions for pharma that deliver structured content management in a way that can boost packaging production and help businesses comply with regulatory requirements when creating, modifying, approving, and managing pharmaceutical labeling content.
In addition, the Esko team will be on-hand to discuss solutions for artwork and content management, structural and 3D packaging design, and even palletization—to improve logistics, transportation costs, and environmental impact.
“The consequences for mistakes in pharma packaging can literally be deadly,” explains Jackie Leslie, category specialist – Life Sciences with Esko. “Risk mitigation is non-negotiable. The efficient creation and modification of label content and artwork is crucial, and in order to ensure artwork is totally accurate, it must be easily shared and traceable throughout the process.
“Working alongside top pharma companies, Esko has developed a deep appreciation for the constraints and demands of the regulatory process and the need to get packaging right the first time, every time,” Leslie adds. “We understand the challenges imposed on the industry. That’s why with Esko Structured Content Management, pharma companies can reduce the risk of errors, promote efficiency through content reuse, and track changes for IFUs, leaflets, and other documents for submission to regulatory bodies, massively improving efficiency and boosting their overall productivity.”
