Marchesini Group’s BL400 VTE TT track-and-trace labeler enables the application of two tamper-evident labels on the side flaps of each carton, as well as a vignette label on the top of the carton.

In addition, the BL400 VTETT prints 2D codes (Datamatrix) and human-readable data on the upper face and on the side flaps of the carton, and can accommodate various vision systems.

The machine works at a rate of 400 cartons/min. It features an ergonomic and completely accessible balcony design. It conveys the products with step motion and a toothed/lug conveyor that ensures precise label application, print, and print inspection.

Other beneficial features include precise and rapid size changeover operations; the ability to install various ink-jet printers , as well as OCR  and OCV vision systems.
