Steriline, a company highly specialized in the production of complete lines for the aseptic processing of injectable and ophthalmic products for pharmaceutical companies on a global scale, is announcing the appointment of Paolo Pozzi as Chief Service Officer (CSeO), with the aim of leading and increasing the After Sales area, delivering a highly efficient and quality service to customers.
Paolo Pozzi, a professional in the field of packaging systems, has more than 20 years of experience and has held different roles with increasing responsibilities. After a few years as R&D manager for new materials and processes, in 2005 he moved to Customer Services and, since then, he has been managing Customer Service teams, first in the paper production sector, then in the world of pharmaceutical packaging in major multinational companies. His focus is on both operational and corporate culture aspects, obtaining significant improvements (with measurable figures) in terms of reactivity and proactivity of the after-sales service.
“Paolo Pozzi joining our company is part of our strategy to expand the management team, with a view to continuing our growth path, as was explained last autumn, when the new management structure was formalised,” says Ilaria Fumagalli, CEO of Steriline. “We are very happy that Paolo has joined our team. A graduate in physics from the University of Bologna, his hometown, Paolo is a methodical, determined and empathetic person. He likes to travel and learn about new cultures and, professionally, see the needs of customers first-hand.
