MG2’s KARTOS reaches a speed of 120 cartons/min. It can be totally managed electronically and is suitable to handle a wide range of size parts, while allowing easy access to the working area due to its ergonomic design.

Thanks to both a quick and easy size parts changeover, and automatic feeding systems, KARTOS can satisfy many different packing needs, and easily integrate into any line layout.

The cartoner is being exhibited at the Nov. 26-28 ALL4PACK 2018 exhibition in Paris, along with the company’s PLANETA capsule filler and new HMI. The HMI has been assembled on both machines, in compliance with Industry 4.0. It is the result of a study based on the User Experience Methodology where the operator is the focus of a usability analysis. The platform, which is characterized by a 21-in. touchscreen monitor, has visual commands that facilitate the management and operation of the machines, visual parameters access, visual interaction for alarms and guided process execution.
