TricorBraun Design & Engineering Group hired Eileen Krumm as an Industrial Designer. She reports to Industrial Design Manager Samantha Juna and is based in Oak Brook, Illinois.

In this role, Krumm designs and develops custom rigid packaging solutions for CPG (consumer packaged goods) brand owners located across the globe. With market insights and consumer trends in mind, Krumm works directly with clients to understand their needs and design imaginative concepts specific to required materials and manufacturing processes.

"Eileen possesses a positive attitude, a strong work ethic and a level of professionalism beyond her years," says Juna. "In a fluid environment where priorities can shift quickly, Eileen has demonstrated her ability to learn and adapt quickly. She is thorough in her approach and attentive to the needs of our customers. She has proven to be a strong addition to the TricorBraun team."

With a bachelor's degree in Industrial and Product Design from the University of Illinois at Chicago, Krumm began her career as a design consultant assistant for home décor company J.C. Licht.

"Industrial design is expanding everyday with the growth of available technologies, deeper thinking about why things are and the need for better, efficient ways of living," says Krumm. "My innate creativity, curiosity and visual thinking mix well with the possibilities industrial design brings to light. Being surrounded by hard-working, creative and passionate professionals at TricorBraun motivates me every day."
