Unit combines case erecting and positioning

The WSI Global PackMate unit puts product into cases with only an air connection. Designed for use with any folder gluer that is being hand packed, it comes complete and ready to integrate into existing packaging systems. As the case is placed into the unit, its minor flaps are closed. Then, the unit closes the major flaps, positions and holds the case steady on all four sides for packing and discharges the filled case for taping or other downstream operations. It can be adjusted for height or angle across a range that covers most heights and case sizes.
