FDA Inspection Results in Compounding Pharmacy Recall

Concerns over mislabeling and quality assurance prompted the action.

Reliable Drug Pharmacy is voluntarily recalling all unexpired lots of compounded products due to a concern of lack of quality assurance and potential mislabeling after a series of inspections by the FDA.

All recalled products were distributed to patients and veterinarians within California. A few products were shipped to Hawaii, New Mexico and Michigan.

This recall impacts all compounded products distributed between Sept. 24, 2015 and March 24, 2016. All recalled products have a label that includes Reliable Drug name and expiration date.

All unexpired lots are subject to the recall.
