Amerigo Labs is a U.S. manufacturing facility equipped to package products in the New Shaker, an interactive, dual-chamber delivery system patented by Bormioli Rocco. The packaging system keeps powders and liquids separate until the point of use.It is suitable for probiotics and other dietary supplements in 10-ml to 60-ml bottles.

The user screws the cap and the plunger automatically perforates the powder reservoir, releasing it to mix with the liquid in the bottle. The bottle is then shaken to mix the two ingredients. The user then unscrews the cap to remove all components and drinks the contents.

Keeping a powder blend separate from the liquid until just before consumption improves the shelf life of ingredients that are unstable or deteriorate rapidly when mixed. The New Shaker delivers ingredients in a great-tasting liquid that is more easily absorbed than a tablet or capsule, according to the company. The benefits of a liquid also include convenience and ease of use, especially for children, seniors, and others that cannot or
will not take a tablet or capsule due to stomach upset or fear of choking.
