VELTEKO VFFS machinery will be presented introducing their new Washdown 360 model with full pressure cleaning capability targeted to the most challenging sanitary intensive packaging environments. The system is versatile in that it offers the ability to changeover to accommodate a variety of popular pouch and bag formats. VELTEKO will also exhibit their STANDUP 360 model producing popular STANDUP / ZIPPER pouches from roll stock and on/line zipper attachment. This continuous motion operating system packages at up to 70-80 PPM. High speed continuous motion DUPLEX systems are available with output up to 400 PPM for single and multi-serve pillow pack packaging for snacks or confections.
HDG series
HDG will debut their RB-300 HFFS Standup Pouch Packaging System producing STANDUP / ZIPPER packaging online from economical pre-printed Roll stock and Zipper. The system offers as compact In-line Rotary footprint and robust construction for efficient multi-shift production. HDG is a specialist of handling monolayer, paper based and compostable packaging materials.
IMA Fillshape
IMA FILLSHAPE presentation focused on the growing trend of Personal, Homecare and Techno-Chemical product applications in Standup Spouted and Non-Spouted Pouch, including Re-Fill Packaging Initiatives. IMA FILLSHAPE specializes in the highspeed packaging of pre-made pouches with on-line spout insertion for top or corner spout insertion.
NEXES Control
NEXES Control will debut this premade pouch and bag fill/ seal packaging system. Offering high speed productivity, full servo operation; and rapid changeover in both size and package format. This unique system can be configured to load vertically or horizontally to accommodate “side load” product applications. The NEXES series offers both Simplex and Duplex models to accommodate retail, club store, and food service package sizes and fill volumes.
ALLIEDFLEX FLX R8 320 with Herrmann Ultrasonic
ALLIEDFLEX FLX R8 320 Rotary Fill SEAL SERIES Premade Pouch System. ALLIEDFLEX'S most popular FLX R8 rotary model offers compact footprint and moderate output up to 50 PPM. Special features include quick change over, nitrogen flush and optional integrated HERRMANN Ultrasonic Sealing for retort or liquid applications. The FLX R8 model can be configured as a complete system for a multitude of product applications.
ALLIEDFLEX FLX SpoutFill Duo
ALLIEDFLEX FLX SpoutFill Duo will be exhibited in conjunction with Cheer Pack. The FLX SpoutFill Duo system handles pre-made | pre-spouted pouches delivered on pre-loaded rails via a buffer system. Spouted Pouches are fed in duplex (2-Up) into an indexing rotary turret where the pouches are filled and capped at an output of up to 70 PPM. The Spouted Pouch Packaging is expanding globally for a variety of applications including Baby Food, Fruit Puree, Fruit Spreads, Nut Butters, Yogurt, Soft Serve Ice Cream, Nutritional drinks, Cold Brew Coffee / Tea, Condiments and a host of Non-Food applications.
Scaldopack Monofiller Stepper
SCALDOPACK will be exhibiting their innovative semi-automatic SMARTFILLER Ecoline tabletop unit configured for Spouted Pouch Filler for filling and Capping Spouted Pouches including Top, Corner or Inverted Pouch styles. The SMARTFILLER is an ideal “First Step” system for exploring the spout pouch through test marketing, R&D pilot plant activities and initial start-up production. Fully Automatic High output systems will also be presented.
