On Display at PACK EXPO Las Vegas:

MAXIMIZER RMI with SimulTask™ PRO and PXT™
The MAXIMIZER RMI offers exceptional bone detection across raw poultry products including breasts, tenders, thighs, and legs. It features photon-counting x-ray technology, PXT™, for high-resolution image capture, alongside Eagle’s advanced SimulTask™ PRO image analysis software that processes up to 65,535 greyscale values per image. This combination provides the most accurate bone detection with real-time analysis in just one-tenth of a second. In addition, the system integrates an automatic reject management system for precise, real-time removal of non-conforming product. Despite its powerful capabilities, the MAXIMIZER maintains a small footprint and is engineered for maximum hygiene and ergonomic operation.

RMI 400 with TraceServer™
With FSMA’s traceability deadline extended to July 2028, processors have time to implement robust solutions, and Eagle’s RMI 400 with TraceServer™ delivers. It detects contaminants including bone fragments as small as 1 mm and records inspection data automatically to support full traceability and compliance. Designed for ease of sanitation, the system can be disassembled and reassembled in minutes, meeting key food safety standards including HACCP, GFSI, and BRCGS.
