Meeting food producers’ need for an integrated cooling and conveying system, Luxme International has developed the tubular chain cooler conveyor. Designed to cool products from 1,000° F to 100° F, while simultaneously conveying them, this single unit solution provides a completely dust-free environment.

Jacketed pipes containing cooling fluid reduce product temperature, while variable speed drives enable heat transfer to be increased or varied as required. Available in 4-, 5-, 6-, 8- or 10-in. diameters, the tubular chain cooler conveyor is an ideal way for food producers to cool product as it moves through the system, eliminating the need for a separate chilling station.
