The Erca fill-seal machine features a format-flexible indexing platform; chainless drive; and UVC, pulse light, and H2O2 hygiene options. Modular in design with stainless-steel construction and servo operations, the EFS-L fill-seal machine can fill, pre-fill, and post-fill both wet and dry ingredients. Capable of filling pre-formed cups up to 130 mm in diameter, the machine is suitable for a variety of products, such as yogurt, fresh cheese, cottage cheese, single and multilayer desserts, mousse, salads, dips, dressings, hot-filled sauces, soups, jams, baby food, and pet food.
