Featuring sanitary stainless-steel construction, the Material Transfer discharging system comes with round or angled structural tubing. The MATERIAL MASTER bulk bag discharging system includes a “breaker bar” bulk bag massaging system to promote the discharge of nonfree-flowing materials; a discharge spout closure system that halts material flow for partial bag discharge; and a spout clamping system that seals the bag discharge spout. The unit includes a fully integrated discharge hopper with a pneumatic vibrator and intrinsically safe, all-pneumatic controls for hazardous location service. It can be custom designed for specific application requirements.
