LoeschPack: Fold wrapping machine for pre-wrapped chocolate

See it at PACK EXPO, Booth #2393! Helping chocolate manufacturers achieve premium packaging of chocolate bars, LoeschPack’s LTM-K fold wrapping machine packages pre-wrapped chocolate bars in cardboard at speeds up to 220 bars/min.

The LTM-K fold wrapping machine uses cardboard processed from a flat, pre-cut blank. The bottom seam is sealed using hot-setting glue, the side tabs are tucked in and also optionally sealed as a tamper-evident seal. Cardboard boxes of varying quality can be processed. The machine features a large format range for rapid, flexible changeover.

In contrast to horizontal cartoning machines, typical bar shapes and tapers can also be accurately reproduced. This enables economic cartoning, the production of innovative pack styles, and a premium presentation of the chocolate bars at point-of-sale.
