SUN Automation Group®, a leading global provider of customer-centric innovations to the corrugated industry, is pleased to announce a strategic alliance with JB Machinery, a top supplier of products and services for converters and OEMs. Well-known for its Infrared Drying (IR) and Ultraviolet Curing Systems, JB Machinery will now offer its drying technology on SUN’s GraphiVac self-contained, stand-alone dwell section drying unit for retrofit on existing modular machines.

“We are thrilled to enter a strategic alliance with JB Machinery and offer our customers this unique hybrid solution for the GraphiVac technology,” says Greg Jones, Sales and Marketing Director of SUN Automation Group. “JBM’s reputation for superior products and world-class customer service aligns perfectly with SUN’s corporate values and customer-centric approach.

The single-source solution powered by SUN and JB’s proven technology provides better and quicker drying for maximum speed and efficiency. GraphiVac maximizes production and finishing speeds on all substrates. The hybrid technology also provides improved print quality and finishing, as well as improved uptime and safety while reducing overall waste.

“The GraphiVac is a perfectly packaged solution that is simply the most cost-effective way to increase performance on any existing rotary die cutter or flexo folder gluer,” says Warren Bird, President of JB Machinery. “We have a long history and a great working relationship with our friends at SUN. We look forward to continuing to provide superior customer-focused solutions and support to our mutual customers.”
