New promotions at Croxsons

Formerly occupying a sales manager’s role, Paul McGrane is promoted to sales director. Having worked for the company for 11 years, his new position will focus on the Croxsons’ sales team, their direction and performance.

George O’Brien, also previously a sales manager, moves into the role of commercial director. With 8 years experience with the firm, his responsibilities include providing strategic direction and control over the operational side of the business.

In a joint statement, both Croxsons’ chairman, James Croxson, and COO, Tim Croxson, said: “These are exciting times for the business and we are delighted to be offering promotions to Paul and George. The appointments follow a period of strong growth for the company, throughout which both have made significant contributions to the company.

“They have proven themselves to be hugely capable leaders and we look forward to their participation, in the wider context of the business, in helping to build strategies to complement our ambitious and aggressive growth plans. Both will continue to directly manage their customers.”
