3C! Packaging, an independent, privately-owned pharmaceutical packaging solutions company specializing in the design and manufacture of custom folding cartons, printed literature, inserts/outserts, labels/foils and unit dose applications, has added a new 24-plate folder to its state-of-the art Vijuk MV-11 Triple Knife Outsert System. The system enables production of 350-panel leaflets, a 14% increase in copy space over the former 294-panel maximum.

While a typical 294 panel 1.25” X 1.25” leaflet can accommodate 420 square inches of copy per side, a 350-panel leaflet can accommodate 477 square inches of copy per side, a significant increase as instructions, warnings and disclaimers grow ever more intricate.

The new capability is reflective of the growth 3C! Packaging has enjoyed in recent years. With the introduction of its Clear Code coating system, the installation of a Nilpeter FB-3 Flexo Press, and the addition of more than 3,000 square feet of additional facility space, the company has enhanced its capabilities and increased its customer base significantly.

“The 350-fold capacity afforded by 3C! Packaging’s outsert system exemplifies our commitment to providing customers with the most advanced capabilities available,” said Russell Hill, Vice President of Sales & Innovation for 3C! Packaging. “In an ever-evolving industry, we’re dedicated to staying on top of marketplace needs and trends by offering best-possible solutions to address them.”
