Precise Packaging, a premier value-added strategic partner offering complete product solutions from formulation development to product design, compounding, filling, labeling, packaging and more for aerosol and liquid products, today announced the appointment of Judi Brown as director of business development and Adam Fulep as manager of business support. Both appointments were made to support the company’s ongoing growth and expanded offerings.
Judi Brown is a seasoned sales and marketing executive with a successful record of driving profitable sales growth by creating new business opportunities, developing branding strategies, leveraging strategic partnerships, and building high-performance sales teams. She previously served as an independent consultant for Global Source Group, International Products Group and Neenah Fine Paper, positioning herself as a one-stop sourcing expert to the beauty industry. As director of business development, Brown will be responsible for supporting growth via new product solutions with strategic customers while targeting and securing new business in personal care market segments. She will identify and develop new business opportunities, working closely with customers to bring new and innovative product solutions to the market.
“Judi’s experience in the personal care and cosmetics industry is a great asset to Precise Packaging’s growing business in that industry segment,” said Shaun Gaus, president and CEO of Precise Packaging. “Her understanding of the health and beauty market will be instrumental in communicating Precise Packaging’s value proposition and expertise for a wide variety of personal care products – from aerosols to liquids, mousses and other custom product solutions.”
Adam Fulep joined Precise Packaging in 2013 as operations/financial analyst, after serving as an interest rate derivatives analyst, operations for Goldman Sachs, and prior to that, as client services specialist – derivative settlements at Merrill Lynch. In his new role as manager of business support, Fulep will help support the company’s ongoing growth by driving business process excellence and ensuring best in class customer service. He will assume a key leadership role in maintaining and driving continuous improvement in quality, the foundation of Precise Packaging’s operating system.
Gaus continued, “Adam’s financial acumen and experience will be instrumental in helping to manage Precise Packaging’s continued growth. This is an exciting time for us, with new business opportunities opening up and others expanding, which reflects our quality, commitment and the unique capabilities we offer. Adam has played a key role in helping the company evolve from its roots as a contract filler into a full turn-key strategic partner providing custom solutions to our customers.”
Precise Packaging’s customers include some of the world’s top brand names in personal care, household, and OTC. These customers trust Precise Packaging for quality products, on-time delivery and competitive pricing.
As a result, Precise Packaging has made several recent investments to expand its capacity and capabilities in response to its customers’ increasing reliance upon the partnership for formulation, product design, manufacturing, packaging and delivery. It added two new production lines and made additional capital equipment upgrades; a new tank farm was added to increase the company’s capacity to offer a wider range of propellants, as well as a new alcohol storage facility; and the organization also recently added medical device registration to support its growing customer base.
Whether customers are launching a new product and need an expert source to help from the formulation stage, or need a strategic partner to manage the entire production process, Precise Packaging offers more than 25 years of specialized experience with aerosols, liquids, mousses, and other unique formulations. Its product development experts work with customers to turn their ideas into reality – finding the right formulations, manufacturing processes and packaging solutions to help customers be more successful in a competitive global environment.
