Phil Gyori Appointed Pelican Products’ Group President

Pelican Products, Inc., the global leader in the design and manufacture of high-performance protective case solutions and advanced portable lighting systems, has appointed Phil Gyori as Group President.

Bringing several years of executive and management experience to the new role, Gyori will report to CEO, Lyndon Faulkner work and head all three Pelican divisions:
Commercial / Government- delivering reliable Protective case solutions and advanced portable lighting tools to military, fire, law enforcement, aerospace and industrial professionals worldwide.
Consumer Division- offering its diverse customer base a full line of protective cases, coolers, drinkware, luggage and advanced lighting systems for the adventurous lifestyle.
Pelican BioThermal- providing the widest range of temperature-controlled, thermally-protected packaging and service solutions to the global life sciences industry.

With a proven track record of driving rapid business growth, Gyori has managed multi-million dollar budgets and has a rich background in marketing, business development and brand management. His expertise also extends to other cross-functional areas including sales, engineering, purchasing and overseas sourcing.

His resume boasts executive roles at Bushnell where he was personally responsible for a $400 million P&L and where he helped grow the business from $100 million to $600 million. Gyori has also served in executive posts at Nike, Quaker Oats Company and The Procter and Gamble Company and has experience working with private equity firms.

Gyori holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Stanford University and an MBA from The Wharton School of Business.
