CBRE Group Appoint Adam Mullen Occupier Leader for Americas Industrial & Logistics Business

Mr. Mullen, who joined CBRE in 2014 to mold and build its Supply Chain Services division, will continue with those duties in his new role, as well.

Mr. Mullen's expanded role recognizes the growth and increased sophistication of CBRE's Industrial & Logistics business across the Americas. In response to evolving needs of its occupier clients, CBRE saw an opportunity for specific, focused leadership to guide its services across all of its consulting businesses, including supply chain services, economic incentives, corporate capital markets, labor analytics and project management.

"Industrial and logistics companies are making their supply chain decisions on a centralized basis for their entire enterprise, and they're including real-estate considerations much earlier in that process than in the past," said Scott Marshall, CBRE's Executive Managing Director of Industrial & Logistics. "Adam's deep subject matter expertise in supply chain dynamics coupled with his skills in a very complex sales environment make him the ideal fit for this new role."

Since arriving at CBRE, Mr. Mullen has demonstrated his extensive expertise in handling large, complicated programs for industrial clients seeking to build and enhance their supply chains. Prior to joining CBRE, he spent eight years as an Account Executive at global distribution consultancy Fortna Inc., where he advised multibillion-dollar retailers and consumer-goods companies on their supply chain designs and industrial real estate.

Mr. Mullen earned his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of South Florida. He is based in CBRE's Atlanta office and reports to Mr. Marshall.
