On June 5th, Advanced Web Technologies, LLC (AWT), a leading provider of pressure sensitive labels and flexible pachaging, was acquired by private equity firm Mason Wells based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The business will continue to conduct business under its trade name, AWT Labels & Packaging. PCM Companies, a Twin Cities-based private equity firm, sold its interest after owning AWT for over 10 years.
