Multisorb Technologies recently announced the appointment of Brad Salai to the position of Corporate Intellectual Property Director as part of its global expansion strategy. Multisorb owns a significant amount of global intellectual property, including hundreds of patents and trademarks in 61 countries.

“We are pleased to have Brad join us to lead our intellectual property strategy and process,” said Jim Renda, Multisorb President. “His vast experience will help us as we develop new technologies that will help our customers to protect their products and expand their businesses.”

Salai comes to Multisorb with nearly 40 years experience as an intellectual property attorney.  Salai practiced intellectual property law for 14 years with Harter Secrest and Emery LLP – the last 9 of which he was Multisorb’s lead counsel for its intellectual property. Prior to that, he practiced intellectual property law for 18 years with Cumpston and Shaw. Salai also spent six years as a patent attorney with General Electric Company.

Salai holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a JD from Albany Law School of Union University.
