Limited Edition Drink Can Shrink Sleeve

At the recent drupa printing exhibition in Dusseldorf, Germany, Color-Logic worked with HP to produce a commemorative energy drink can shrink sleeve demonstrating the technology expertise of both companies.

Discussing the collaboration, Color-Logic Director of Sales and Marketing Mark Geeves said: “At drupa 2012, Color-Logic and HP demonstrated, live on the HP stand, how the Color-Logic process can produce striking effects on decorative drink cans, using clear shrink sleeve material. The shrink sleeves were printed on an HP Indigo WS6600 Digital Press. In just a few hours turnaround time from job creation to final product, thousands of sleeved cans were produced—each unique and printed using variable data. The printed sleeve material was formed and seamed on a Karlville seamer. Color-Logic is pleased to have cooperated with HP in this effort.”
