At MEDICA 2012, the No. 1 international medical trade fair worldwide, over 4,500 exhibitors from 60 nations will present the complete range of new products, systems and services for in-patient and out-patient care to about 135,000 visitors from around the globe. Over 70% of the MEDICA exhibitors usually come from nations other than Germany, including over 400 companies from the U.S. Other leading foreign exhibitor countries include Italy, Great Britain, France and China. As in the past, Messe Düsseldorf North America will again organize two U.S. Pavilions at MEDICA 2012. Two major congresses, various theme parks, forums and numerous special events will support the exhibits.
COMPAMED is a leading international trade fair for medical manufacturing supplies. Over 600 exhibitors from 40 countries will offer high tech solutions for use in the medical technology industry - from new materials, mechanical and electronic components, packaging, and quality testing to complete contract manufacturing. Over 16,000 attendees take part in the event every year.
The 9th edition of MEDICAL FAIR ASIA will return on a larger scale: the event will occupy 50% more exhibit space in all three halls. With some 500 exhibitors from 35 nations, the event will present an international line-up of leading medical and health care players from around the world, focusing on equipment and supplies for the hospital, diagnostic, pharmaceutical, medical and rehabilitation sectors. About 10,000 trade visitors from across ASEAN and the Asia Pacific region are expected to attend.
The first staging of MEDICAL MANUFACTURING ASIA will occur at an opportune time when Singapore is taking the lead as one of Asia's fastest-growing medical device markets. The trade fair will showcase the complete process chain for medical devices, presenting a comprehensive overview of components, materials and solutions for the medical engineering industry. The organizer expects some 150 international exhibitors from 20 countries and about 5,000 trade visitors to take part.
