Mr. Arnold will be located at Catalent's corporate headquarters in Somerset, NJ.

Mr. Arnold comes to Catalent with twenty years of business-to-business experience serving the pharmaceutical and biotech industry with contract manufacturing and service solutions. He has led a team selling and delivering contract solutions from Patheon's sterile and freeze drying facilities in Italy for approximately six years. His most recent role was Chief Procurement Officer and Vice President Global Supply Chain for Patheon International where he developed complex state-of-the-art programs to promote profitable supply chain growth. Previous to Patheon, Mr. Arnold was the Export/Customer Development Manager for RP Scherer UK, now part of Catalent.
Mr. Arnold holds a bachelor's degree in Agricultural Biochemistry and Nutrition from University of Newcastle upon Tyne.
