Dwyer, who joined Oliver-Tolas in 2010, will continue to lead our strategic efforts for all Human Resource functions, including talent and organizational development, employee relations, compensation and benefits and recruiting efforts for Oliver-Tolas.

Prior to Oliver-Tolas, Sean Dwyer was Vice President of Human Resources and Strategy at Armada Group, a diversified management holding company working in manufacturing, heavy construction and real estate. Prior to Armada, Sean served in director level Human Resource positions with ODL and Donnelly Corporation.
Dwyer received his BS in Marketing/Advertising at Arizona State University and his MBA from the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University. He earned his Six Sigma Black Belt, an SPHR Certification from the Society for HR Management, an Executive Management Certificate from the University of Notre Dame, and a Certificate in Leadership Effectiveness Training from Gordon International.
