Ms. Albazzaz is an accomplished regulatory affairs and pharmacovigilance executive with a history of successfully leading global regulatory strategy, risk-management strategy, and pharmacovigilance. An expert in systems thinking and execution of high-quality management processes, Ms. Albazzaz formulates vision, builds organizations, and provides guidance in the establishment of effective policies, procedures, and global training programs.
Ms. Albazzaz is known for her global pharmaceutical industry expertise. She was most recently Vice President of Risk Management for Lundbeck, Inc. (formerly Ovation Pharmaceuticals). Prior to that, she was Vice President for International Regulatory Affairs at Ovation, where she was responsible for global pharmacovigilance.

Ms. Albazzaz earned her Bachelor of Science degree (with honors) in Pharmacy from Baghdad University College of Pharmacy, Baghdad, Iraq, where she also held multiple positions in teaching Pharmacology and Toxicology. She is an active member of the Drug Information Association, the Parenteral Drug Association, and the American Society of Health System Pharmacists. Ms. Albazzaz resides in the Chicagoland area and will be based out of Advanced Clinical's headquarters in Deerfield, IL.
