Mr. Longe brings a diverse background and a proven track record of implementing and executing strategies designed to build strategic partnerships with customers and produce long-term sales growth. Prior to joining Tegrant, he was president of Lydall Performance Materials Inc., a manufacturer of products for the pharmaceutical, life sciences, energy, engine, electronics, and industrial markets. At Lydall, Mr. Longe was also responsible for four manufacturing and R&D locations in the U.S., St. Rivalain, France, and Maastricht, Netherlands. Previously, he held leadership positions at Electro Scientific Industries, Evapco, Inc., and Imeco, Inc.
Mr. Longe has an MBA from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan, where he was a member of three Big Ten Championship/Rose Bowl football teams.
