Barger Packaging Press Release

Barger is pleased to announce two key players to its growing organization.

Brad Miller joined Barger as Quality Manager to drive the company's key quality and
high compliance initiatives. Mr. Miller comes to Barger with over 25 years experience in
quality with industry experience ranging from medical packaging to automotive and
aerospace. Brad's most recent assignment was Engineering/Quality Manager at EFP in
Elkhart, Indiana.

Barger's second addition is Rob Haley. Rob is responsible for supporting business
development in the Northeast U.S. He most recently worked for Brentwood as their
Northeast Regional-Sales Engineer and brings with him over 8 years of custom
thermoforming experience. Mr. Haley graduated from Salem State University with
honors, Cum Laude with a BS in Business Management and is a member of the Society
of Plastic Engineers and IoPP.

Both team members have been added to support Barger's growth and commitment to
customers providing sterile and non-sterile thermoform packaging solutions to the
medical device and pharmaceutical markets worldwide.
