MOCON, Inc. announced today that it has moved its corporate headquarters to a new Twin Cities location.

This content was written and submitted by the supplier. It has only been modified to comply with this publication’s space and style.

The new facility at 7500 Mendelssohn Avenue North, Minneapolis, MN 55428, also will house larger production and laboratory functions.

The move was prompted by increased worldwide demand for the company's test and measurement instrumentation as well as its laboratory testing capabilities. The new site totals 60,000 square feet, a 27% increase over the former space.

The new location will incorporate five laboratories and expanded manufacturing space which will enable the company to accommodate its anticipated future growth. Production and lab areas have been increased by 50%. The facility will also feature a state-of-the-art training center to provide hands-on instruction for the company's various product lines.

“This investment will enable MOCON to provide even greater value to the global medical, pharmaceutical, food and beverage, packaging, environmental and oil and gas markets. We will be expanding our capability for engineering and product development, testing, production capacity and customer service,” stated Robert L. Demorest, MOCON president and chief executive officer. “We look forward to serving our customers from our new headquarters.”
