We are pleased to announce that Kathleen Phelps joined Multi-Color Corporation (MCC) as our new Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Kathleen brings more than 20 years of financial leadership experience across private equity- backed and publicly traded companies in the manufacturing and industrial sectors. She is a seasoned strategic finance executive with deep expertise in capital allocation, portfolio strategy, M&A execution, and enterprise transformation – capabilities that are especially critical as MCC continues to evolve and position itself for long-term, sustainable growth.
Most recently, Kathleen served as CFO of FORTNA, a $1.4 billion global distribution automation company, where she secured $375 million in incremental liquidity to support growth and operational flexibility. Prior to that, she was CFO of Argos USA, where she led the company through a $3.2 billion sale to Summit Materials (NYSE: SUM). Earlier in her career, she held senior finance roles at WestRock (NYSE: WRK) and Newell Brands (NYSE: NWL), where she led global business units through margin improvement initiatives, acquisition integrations, and investor communications.
