Multivac USA is proud to announce the graduation of its inaugural U.S. Apprenticeship class, welcoming six new technical professionals to its nationwide team.

“We all recognize the urgent need for highly skilled technical professionals to sustain and grow our critical operations. Multivac took that understanding and turned it into action, developing and making the investment in a structured apprenticeship program that recruits and trains emerging talent to meet the needs of our customers and, ultimately, the great markets we proudly serve,” said Matt Malott, President of Multivac, Inc.

The graduates successfully completed Multivac’s rigorous, hands-on, earn-while-you-learn program focused on developing skilled technical professionals to support complex food and medical packaging and processing equipment. Over the course of the 2-year program, apprentices combined classroom learning, lab simulations, and real-world field experience—working side-by-side with Multivac’s more than 115 seasoned technical professionals.

“This is more than a graduation—it’s the beginning of a career path with incredible opportunity,” said Dave Sarazen, Vice President of Customer Service. “We’re investing in our workforce and creating sustainable career pipelines that support both our customers and the future of American manufacturing.”

Designed for hands-on learners eager to build a career in technical service and support, participants benefit from mentorship, certification pathways and unmatched access to cutting edge processing, packaging and automation technologies used in the food and medical device industries – two sectors where precision, reliability, and innovation are critical.

Multivac’s Field Service Team plays a critical role in delivering exceptional customer support services, and these graduates are now equipped to contribute immediately, joining a team known for technical excellence and reliability.
