The Ferrero Group has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Eat Natural, the maker of high-quality cereal bars, toasted muesli, and granola. As part of the transaction, Ferrero will take over the production facilities in Halstead, UK. The company plans to retain the management and employees of the businesses.
Subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals, the transaction is expected to close in the next few months.
